Summer training

Your gymnastics journey begins here

Join us for an exciting summer training. We are training the best athletes in a safe and healthy environment. Even if you are just taking your first steps in Rhythmic Gymnastics or you are an experienced athlete already, our camp can be what you are looking for.

The training is divided in 3 sessions at our home gym, at the Grace Chapel gym in Lexington, MA

Session 1 – July 18 – July 29. Focus on body skills for all levels. Daily conditioning and ballet.

Session 2 – August 1st to August 12. Exploring the new Code of points and creating new routines while continuing with the body work.

Session 3 – August 15 to August 26. Body development and apparatus work with the code of points. Polish routines and work on fine details, connections, artistry, etc.

High level team – Elites and level 9 athletes are required to attend all sessions. Developmental team – Level 3-8 must sign up for minimum 2 sessions.

Guest athletes are invited to join us for summer training. No requirement on number of sessions for guest athletes.

Schedule

9am – 12pm – body training – warm up, stretching, ballet and conditioning.

12:00pm to 1:00pm break

1:00pm to 5:00pm – apparatus work, routine development and cool down.

Our camp includes daily apparatus work session to improve your coordination skills.

Rhythmic gymnastics requires a fair amount of flexibility, which makes our sport stand out.
