Summer intensive

Your gymnastics journey begins here

Join us for an exciting summer intensive. We are training the best athletes in a safe and healthy environment. Even if you are just taking your first steps in Rhythmic Gymnastics or you are an experienced athlete already, our school can be what you are looking for.

The training is divided in 4 sessions at our home gym, at the Grace Chapel gym in Lexington, MA. We offer recreational rhythmic gymnastics, developmental team and elite team.

Session 1 – July 10 – July 14. This session is only one week and it’s for recreational and level 3-6 only. Recreational gymnastics focused on learning the basics of rhythmic gymnastics. Daily conditioning and ballet for all levels.

Session 2 – July 17 to July 28. This session is two weeks and it’s available for recreational, developmental levels and Elite. All teams will learn new routines and recreational classes will learn beginner routines.

Session 3 – July 31 to August 11. This session is two weeks and it’s available for recreational, developmental levels and Elite. Body development and apparatus work with all levels.

Session 4 – August 14 to August 25. This session is two weeks and it’s available for recreational, developmental levels and Elite. Body development and apparatus work with all levels.

All sessions include new routine work and preparation for new competitive season.

Guest athletes are invited to join us for summer intensive training. Every summer we had athletes from all over the world who truly enjoyed and benefited from our camp.

9am – 12pm – body training – warm up, stretching, ballet and conditioning.

12:00pm to 1:00pm break

1:00pm to 4:00pm – apparatus work, routine development and cool down.

All Sessions offer recreational rhythmic gymnastics as well. Beginning with age 5, get your first taste of rhythmic gymnastics in our school. No experience necessary. Registration links below are for all levels. Our recreational training is focused on fun, exciting learning of a new sport and interesting daily activities.
